Why you cannot combine orders after submission

Overview

Some customers may ask if multiple orders can be combined into one shipment. Unfortunately, this is not possible once orders have been submitted to the lab.


How orders are processed

Each order receives a unique ID as soon as it is sent to the lab. This ID is used by the lab to track and process the order independently.

  • Every order is handled separately, even if the same customer places multiple orders.
  • GotPhoto cannot change or merge orders once they are in the lab system.
  • This process is standard across all photo labs to ensure accurate production and delivery.
