If you are unable to successfully upload your custom background for your contact sheets, this is likely a file size issue.
The increased file size is likely due to modifications made using tools such as Photoshop or Illustrator, resulting in a PDF file size exceeding 1.5 MB. Our original template file is only 879 KB.
To reduce the file size, consider selecting a more efficient compression option when exporting the file to PDF.
Occasionally, the larger file size could be attributed to the use of an unsupported PDF format during the file generation process. To avoid this issue, it is recommended to utilize the standard PDF format known as "PDF/A".
