GotPhoto offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During the trial, you can use features like QR-tagging, automated communication profiles, and lab integrations. This guide explains how to upgrade, switch between plans, and manage subscriptions.
Free trial period
The free trial includes access to features such as QR-tagging, automated communication profiles, and lab integrations.
At the end of the 14 days, there is no automatic charge. Your account will remain open but with limited features.
To upgrade during or after the trial:
- Click your name in the top-right corner of the admin area.
- Select My Account, then click My Plan from the left menu.
- Click the blue ★ Change plan button in the top right and choose your plan.
- Add a valid credit card on file under GotPhoto Balance → Credit Cards.
Important: A credit card must be saved even if you remain on the free plan. Your card will only be charged if there is a balance due.
Change your plan tier
You can change your plan tier at any time from My Account → My Plan. On the plan page:
- Click the blue ★ Change plan button.
- Select a new plan and toggle between monthly or annual billing options.
- Changes take effect the following day.

Manage your Entagged Name List subscription
From your plan overview page, you can subscribe to an Entagged Name List subscription.
To add a subscription:
- Click Add new subscription to view available options.
- If you already have a subscription, it will appear at the bottom of the Your Plan page.
You can manage or cancel existing subscriptions and add new ones by clicking the blue Add a New Subscription button.
