Transfer photos via FTP
Once connected and authenticated:
- Jobs with status Planned (Inactive) will appear as folders.

- You can transfer individual images or entire folders.
Organize images into albums
To create an album, add a folder inside the job folder (e.g., Class 1
). Images inside this folder will be placed in the Individuals section of that album.
[Optional] Structure group and individual photos
Add subfolders within the album folder:

– for group imagesindividuals
– for single portraits or QR card photos

After uploading, files will process within minutes and appear in the GotPhoto admin menu.
