Overview
GotPhoto partners with several major labs across the United Kingdom. When you activate a lab partner in your GotPhoto account, customer orders that are placed from your online shop or manually from within your account will be sent directly to the lab for automatic fulfillment without needing to lift a finger. But first, you need to activate the lab partner you’d like to use with your GotPhoto account.
Choosing a Lab
There are important aspects to consider when selecting a lab, such as the supported shipping methods (Direct shipping only, Batch shipping only, or both), quality, turnaround time, and production costs.
You can see a full breakdown of our current lab partner offerings, including shipping costs and product availability, on the Labs & Products page within your GotPhoto admin area (Click into the Settings page, and then select Labs & Products under the Sale subheader).
To activate a partner lab, click the Active button next to the lab name.
When active, it will turn green.
We recommend only activating one lab at a time, as only one lab's products can be displayed when building product packages.
Important: We recommend keeping unused labs active to maintain price profiles with products from that lab. Deactivating a lab will remove all its individual products from these profiles.
