Update data for blank QR cards in GotPhoto

Overview

If you used blank QR cards during your shoot, you'll need to manually assign data to them afterward. This article explains how to update subject details and manage access codes effectively.


Adding subject info

In the Photo Management section of your job, you’ll see Access Code Actions next to each gallery. Choose the option that matches your case:

1. Subject is not on your names list

  1. From the Manage Individual dropdown, select Add a new student.
  2. Enter the subject’s name and additional info (group or student ID).

2. Subject is on your names list

  1. From the Access Code Actions dropdown, click Link this access code to a student.

  2. Search and select the student's name. Click the blue Link the access code button.

Add a potential buyer

You can record potential buyers’ contact info by selecting Add a potential buyer from the Manage Individual dropdown.

  • Important: An email address is required. Phone number alone is not sufficient.
