# The Customer Profile
A customer profile in GotPhoto contains all available information about a customer. To open a customer profile, click the customer's name from anywhere within the GotPhoto platform:
Each customer profile is divided into four sections:
1. 1**Customer Information:** In this section, you can view all available information about the customer, including name, contact information, language, and address(es). Clicking the **Actions** dropdown will provide options for editing the customer information, adding an address, or deleting the record altogether.
2. 2**Access Codes:** This section lists all access codes associated with the customer. Access codes are unique codes that grant customers access to their photo gallery. Clicking an access code takes you to the associated photos. You can also click **Delete** to remove an access code.
3. 3**Order:** In this section you'll see all orders the customer has made. Clicking on **Open** will open that specific order page. The **Total order value** is the combined value of all orders placed by the customer, calculated before any vouchers are applied. Note: deleting a customer record is permanent and cannot be undone.
4. 4**Emails and Notes:** This section contains all email correspondence with the customer sent from within the GotPhoto platform (both automated and manual). You can also add internal notes (not visible to the customer) or send a new email directly from this section.
