Customer profiles contain all available information about a customer, and can be found by clicking on a customer's name from anywhere within the GotPhoto platform:
The following information is available on this page:
- Customer Information: In this section, you can view all available information about the customer, including name, contact information, language, and address(es). Clicking the Actions dropdown will provide options for editing the customer information, adding an address, or deleting the record altogether.
- Access Codes: Here you will find a list of all of the customer's access codes. Clicking on an access code will take you to the applicable photos. You can also click Delete to remove an access code.
- Order: In this section you'll see all orders the customer has made. Clicking on Open will open that specific order page.
- Emails and Notes: This section contains all email correspondence with the customer from within the GotPhoto platform (Both automated and manual). You can also add notes (for yourself, not visible to the customer) or send an email from within this section.
