Overview

GotPhoto allows you to download the original photo files from an entire job or from specific albums. The process differs slightly depending on whether you want all photos or just a subset.

Download all photos from a job

1. Open the Photo Management tab in your photo job.
2. Click the More... dropdown (above the list of albums) and select Download original photos.
   

Download photos from a single album

1. In Photo Management, open the album you want to download.
2. Click the Album Actions dropdown for that album and select Download album.
   

Download file options

Depending on the number of images in your download, you’ll see different options:

• If fewer than 1000 images: Select the As one file tab, then click the Download button.
  
• If more than 1000 images: Select the As several files tab, then click Download all. Images will be split into zip files containing 1000 files each.
  

  If a download fails, you only need to restart that specific file, rather than the entire process.

The takeaway

You can download original photos for an entire job or individual albums. For large jobs, images are split into multiple zip files to make downloads manageable. Restarting only failed files saves time when downloading in bulk.
