Overview
This process outlines how to import CSV files into the Entagged app—directly from your device, via AirDrop, or through an email attachment. It also covers how to map CSV columns to ensure names and codes are properly organized for Picture Day.
Import CSV files from your device
- Tap the folder icon with a + symbol.
- Select Add from file…
- Navigate to your folder.
- Tap your CSV file to import.
Import CSV files via AirDrop
- AirDrop the CSV file to your iPhone.
- Tap “Open with Entagged.”
Import CSV files via email
- Open a CSV file from an email attachment.
- Send or share it to the Entagged app.
Map CSV columns
- Set the project name.
- Choose how to map your columns:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Code to send to Entagged: Use the "Barcode" column, not the "Access Code".
- Optional grouping: You can group by Grade, Teacher, etc.
- Tap Done. Your CSV is now imported as a project, ready for Picture Day.
