QIDCard: The Basics

Overview

QIDCard is a simple and efficient program that helps you create school ID cards quickly and easily. QIDCard allows you to import photos directly from GotPhoto, as well export your finished ID cards back into the GotPhoto system. In this article, we'll review the basics of how this software works.


Downloading the Software

QIDCard is currently only supported for Windows.
You can download and test the software here.

A yearly license can be purchased here.
We also provide a complimentary QIDCard template that can be customized and used for testing purposes. Download it here.


Using QIDCard

You can take a look at our detailed QIDCard User Guide here. Please note that QID is not supported for manually tagged galleries. 


Please note that if you plan to use extracted images, to avoid a "floating" of the images, we recommend either setting a template background in QID or using images with solid backgrounds. While your customers can see your price profile's backgrounds in the shop, in QIDCard, images are pulled from Photo Management, where backgrounds are not supported.
