As a marketplace facilitator, we are obligated to collect and remit sales tax for any marketplace seller doing sales through the GotPhoto platform. Tax calculation, filing sales tax returns, as well as the sales tax collection and remittance will follow the states' individual regulations, specifically marketplace facilitator rules.
