If your customers are having trouble checking out, it may be due to outdated browser settings or an activated pop-up blocker. Share these simple steps with them:
1. Check Browser Compatibility
Ask your customer to visit www.whatismybrowser.com.
The link works seamlessly on both mobile devices and desktop computers.
They’ll see whether their browser is up to date and if any settings are blocking functionality. If anything is marked in red or outdated, please ask them to follow the recommended steps shown on the page
Have them copy the link shown (see screenshot below) and share it with you if issues persist, so our Customer Care can assist you.

2. Enable Pop-Ups
The legacy GotPhoto shop needs pop-ups enabled to complete the order. This is specially crucial if you offer upselling downloads or prints with your packages. Guide your customers based on their browser:
- Chrome: Settings > Privacy & Security > Site Settings > Pop-ups and redirects → Allow for your site
- Safari (iPhone/iPad): Settings > Safari > Block Pop-ups → Turn OFF
- Firefox: Click the shield icon in the address bar → Manage protection settings
3. Refresh the Page
After updating settings, customers should refresh the page or restart the browser and try again.
