The Shipping Settings page can be found by clicking into the Settings tab, and then clicking on Shipping Settings (UK: Posting Settings) under Sale in the navigation menu on the left hand side:
You can adjust three settings on this page:
- Batch Shipping: You can turn the ability to select batch shipping on/off (You will still be able to manually turn off batch shipping within a job if you set your account to Batch Shipping (optional).
⚠ Important: Please note that the Transfer schools details setting is not currently supported. - Sender Address: You can add an alternative return address if your lab allows.
- Reshipment: Most labs do not ship overseas. If you would like to enable shipping products abroad for your customers, you can enable Reshipment. In this case, the lab will send you the products, and you will need to ship them overseas. Under the Reshipment settings you can select the countries to which you are willing to ship, as well as input the fee you will charge for offering this service.
