The GotPhoto system uses various statuses to help you manage your photo jobs more effectively.
Change a job's status
To update a job's status:
- Go to the job's Settings tab.
- In the upper-right corner, click the three-dot menu icon.
- Select to move the job to Planning or Archive.

If your job is in Planning status, a green Start Setting button will appear at the top right of the Settings page.
Click the three dots next to this button to:
- Archive the job
- [Prepay only] Switch the job to Prepay status if Prepay is enabled in your account.

The current job status will also be visible on your main job overview page.

Changing the status of a job is easy with the updated menu design. Use the job's Settings page to archive, plan, or switch to Prepay depending on your workflow and account settings.
