Overview
Customizing your online shop is incredibly important for brand recognition and also creates a professional ordering experience for your customers. GotPhoto offers a variety of different ways for you to customize your shop and bring your brand to life online! Prepay and proofing sales use completely separate online shops, so you’ll have the opportunity to customize them both.
Your Online Shops
The Online Shop section of your Settings Page links out to different pages where you can update the design of your Proofing shop.
The video below shows a brief overview of the settings that can be adjusted.

- The Logo and Design Page:
The Logo and Design Page lets you change your shop logo, page title, and primary shop color.
- The Domain & Integration Page:
The Domain & Integration Page is where you can edit your shop subdomain and make changes to your DNS settings. For more information on linking your domain, check out this article.
- The Online Shop Settings Page:
The Shop Settings tab under the Online Shop Settings Page lets you make additional decisions regarding cropping, showing/hiding certain information regarding shipping, and even adding a customer survey.
⚠ Please note: Prepay is currently only available to North American customers.
If you would like to add Prepay sales to your account, please reach out to our Customer Care team at supportus@gotphoto.com.
Once you have added Prepay sales to your account, you will see a "Prepay" tab on the Online Shop Settings Page: 
On this page, you'll be able to edit the following:
- Protected Access: If you check this box, your customers need to enter the unique access code you create in each Prepay job. If you don't check this box, your customers can only log in with the job name, which should be the school's or event's name (e.g. AHS Fall 2020 or Huntington Soccer 2020). If the box remains unchecked, your customers simply type in the first 3 letters of the job, e.g. AHS, and the system will automatically suggest the matching job name. This is a setting that is applied to all of your prepay jobs.
- Title: This is the title of the page, and it will be displayed on the browser tab, once your customers open the prepay website. The Prepay shop URL is the URL of your proofing shop with the suffix /prepay, e.g., if the proofing shop URL is demo.gotphoto.com, the URL of your Prepay Shop is demo-gotphoto.com/prepay.
- Primary Color: You can adjust the primary color of your Prepay shop in case you prefer another color scheme.
- Test Mode: Please DO NOT tick the box. The test mode is available so that our team can help with fixing issues in your account. If this box is ticked, none of your customers' orders can be processed, as no payment went through.
