Overview
GotPhoto offers some basic editing services via our partner, Photowonder. In this article, we'll look at the options available for basic edits, essential requirements needed for using this service, how to request an editing job, as well as pricing and turnaround times.
Editing Options
Photowonder offers 3 types of edits. Choose one or choose them all:

Essential Requirements
The following requirements must be met in order to request basic editing:
- File Format: Images must be JPG format.
- Job Type: Edits can only be requested within School or Preschool jobs.
- Order of Operations: If you would like to send your photos for Background Extraction as well, Basic Editing must be done before. For more information on our Background Extraction Service, click here.
- Reference Photos: For Cropping and Photo Enhancement, we require you to upload at least 5 images that incorporate your style as a photographer so that your images can be edited to match.
Setting Up Your Photo Job for Basic Editing
Once you've made sure your images meet the requirements, it's time to set up your job for editing.
- Make sure your photos are sorted correctly, and make any adjustments as necessary.
- Activate the access codes. This will ensure that all QR code images are hidden.
⚠ Skipping this step will undo the culling if requested, as all hidden images will be visible again once you confirm the editing job. ⚠ - Click into the Photo Editing tab of your photo job and click Continue under Basic Editing.
- On the following screen, select the edits you would like to apply, review the costs provided, and then click
- After submitting, you will see the status on the Photo Editing tab set to progress :
If you need to cancel the request immediately after submission, please reach out to our support team so that we can check the status of your editing job. - You will receive a notification via email when your photos are ready for review. Under the Photo Editing tab, review the edits and either approve or disapprove the images:
