If you need assistance with GotPhoto, there are multiple support options available to help you quickly and efficiently. Here’s a guide to your available resources.
### **GotPhoto Help Center**
The Help Center offers in-depth articles on everything from setup to growth strategies and troubleshooting.
### **Chat bot**
Our AI-powered chatbot is **available 24/7** through the Help Center or your admin dashboard. It offers instant answers and routes you to other support options if needed.
### **Live chat support**
Our Customer Care team is available for live chat support:
- **Monday–Friday:** 8 AM–7 PM ET
- **\[Paid plans only\]**
- Our **Fall Season 2026 Saturday chat support** will run from September 12, 2026, to November 21, 2026 (11 AM -2 PM EST).
**Don't see the chatbot?** Some ad blockers (e.g., uBlock Origin, Ghostery, AdBlock) and the tracking protection in Firefox or Brave block the chat window on both desktop and mobile. Whether the chatbot appears depends on the blocker, not the device. Disable your ad blocker for the Admin area Help Center or open the page in a different browser.
**Here's how to fix the issue:** Allow pop-ups for the exact GotPhoto address shown in your address bar: \[app.gotphoto.com (US/CA) or app.gotphoto.co.uk (UK) for your GotPhoto admin area, and help.gotphoto.com for the Help Center\]. Then refresh the page:
- Chrome: Settings \> Privacy and security \> Site settings \> Pop-ups and redirects
- Edge: Settings \> Privacy, search, and services \> Site permissions \> All permissions \> Pop-ups and redirects
- Safari (Mac): Safari \> Settings \> Websites \> Pop-up Windows \> Allow
- Mozilla Firefox: Settings \> Privacy & Security \> Permissions \> Block pop-up windows \> Exceptions
