Download links for digital products stay active for up to 6 weeks from when an order is placed.
Customers are informed about the time period in the automatic email they receive when the download is available. In this email, they are also asked to reach out to you in case they have not downloaded the images within these 6 weeks.
Once the download link has expired, you will need to disable the download link, and you will then see the Renew download link button within the order.
Shortly after clicking the button, your customers will be able to download their images.
