There is no automated fee at the end of the trial period. Your account will remain open, however many features will be restricted. To upgrade your plan at any time, click on your name in the upper right corner of your admin area, and then select Your Plan:
On the following page, click the blue ★ Change plan button on the upper right.
On the next page, you can select the upgrade plan that suits your needs best.
Make sure you have saved a credit card on file in order to continue with your upgrade.
You can do this by clicking on Your account from the dropdown under your name:
And then navigating to the Credit cards tab under the GotPhoto balance page:
