Overview
In addition to the physical products your customers purchase, you may also want to offer services such as sitting fees or multiple retouching options. For guidance on setting up a single retouching product, please see this article (new shop only). This guide explains how to configure the "Your own products" tab on the Labs & Products page so you can offer custom services.
[Pro and Enterprise only] If you’d like to offer additional physical products, use the Production tab in the top menu. For details, learn how to create your own products in the Production tab (available only on the Pro or Enterprise plan).

Setup
[Direct shipping only] Go to Products & Prices → My products [ Classic interface: Settings (top menu) → Labs & Products → Own products ]. Use these settings to add service-type products (for example, retouching options or sitting fees). This area is designed for Direct Shipping orders.

Can I force orders that include my retouching service to manual revision?
A: Yes. [Optional] Check the box for Manual revision and any order containing this product will enter Manual Revision after checkout. You’ll receive an email notification when an order needs your review.
I created all my prints under Own products. Can I move them to the Production tab?
A: Yes. Go to your product overview, select Actions, then choose Copy to your lab. The system moves the product to the same category in your Production tab. After copying, update any price profiles that used the moved products. Also assign a shipping group if the products require different shipping fees than your default shipping group in the Production tab. [Pro and Enterprise only]
Can I add orders from Own production in order entry?
A: No. Order entry does not support Own Production. Consider moving those products to the Production tab so they can be added via order entry. [Pro and Enterprise only]
