How does GotPhoto's beta integration work?
You can build your own "single image" templates in Darkroom and also create corresponding product sizes in your GotPhoto Production tab by mapping in the size, media, and template path data. Custom subject data entry is also supported.
GotPhoto is then able to generate and push a properly formatted .txt order file, product images, and delivery note to an order transfer application on the user’s system.
With appropriate system folder mapping to the Darkroom command folder in the transfer application, the images and .txt order file transfer will trigger the automatic creation of the order in Darkroom. You can then follow your standard print/imaged items production workflow processes.
⚠ Important: For this integration, you would need to be familiar with the Darkroom workflow. We do not offer any support for Darkroom itself.
The process requires licensing of Darkroom Professional v9.3 or Assembly Edition v9.3.

In the documentation, we refer to the Easy Production Sync. It resides on your local system and will monitor for new orders in GotPhoto. It will then transfer the GotPhoto order payload content to your Darkroom Command Folder. Learn more here: Easy Production Sync
