If your Entagged device is not lighting up, please try the following steps:
- Make sure your camera is on: The Entagged is powered by the camera so if it is off, the LED will also remain off.
- All Check the cable orientation: The HDMI cable supplies the Entagged M with power, so if it is plugged in incorrectly, the Entagged won’t receive any power and the LED won’t light up. If the USB cable is plugged into the Entagged N1 or N2 incorrectly, it can cause the LED to turn off, though the Entagged will still receive power and appear in the pairing screen. Here’s how to plug the cable in correctly: with the Entagged logo facing you and its port facing upwards, plug the "Foolography" end of the HDMI cable into the Entagged. The cable should point to the right for the M and N1, and to the left for the N2.
- N1/N2 Models — Check your Entagged orientation: Ensure the logo is correctly oriented with the line positioned at the bottom.
- N1 Model — Check your depth: Gently wiggle your Entagged into the port to ensure it fits snugly.
