My Entagged is not lighting up.

If your Entagged device is not lighting up, please try the following steps:

1. If your camera has a micro USB 3.0 port: Your micro USB 2.0 cable will fit into the USB 3.0 port. Please make sure your cable is plugged in.
2. Check your cable ends: Make sure the end of your cable with the Foolography logo is plugged into your Entagged device.
3. N1/N2 Models — Check your Entagged orientation: Make sure the logo has the line on the bottom.
4. N1 Model — Check your depth: Gently wiggle your Entagged into the port to make sure it fits snuggly.
