Missing Translation Displayed Instead of Package Names

The Issue

You may notice that your package names are suddenly missing and instead display 'Missing Translation' in red across all your price profiles in the admin area

The root cause

You may have accidentally changed the language on the footer of your admin area to either British or US English.

Please note that we use different language sets in each market. In your package settings, you have the option to add additional translations. For example, if you have Spanish- or French-speaking customers and have enabled these languages in your online shop settings, be sure to translate your package names accordingly.

The solution

Simply switch the language in the footer back to your original setting, either British or US English, to resolve the issue.
