Job with one Access Code: Registration Form not showing in Shop

If you have a job with one access code for all subjects and have set registration as mandatory but notice that no customer data is being collected, follow these steps:


1. Review Registration Settings:

2. Ensure the registration is set to "Required."

3. Enable "Show registration form after every login."


Without showing the registration form after each login, only the first customer will leave their contact details. Subsequent customers will skip the registration form and directly enter the shop, resulting in no data collection.
