Stripe Express Reports

Overview

Stripe Express offers a variety of exports that you can directly access under the Financial Reports section in your admin area. This article will provide you with further information on each available report.

Please note: These exports are provided by Stripe, not by GotPhoto.

The Different Reports

Reports come with a 2-business day buffer, meaning you can access data for an order only once two business days have elapsed since the order was placed.

When selecting the date range for the report, please remember that you can only choose "Current Day - 2" as the end date because data is not immediately available in Stripe.

When you click Download, the report generation process will start, and the download will begin as soon as it's ready. Please refrain from closing your browser while the process is ongoing to ensure a successful download. For some reports, it may take 1–2 minutes.
