In order to comply with GDPR regulations, all European GotPhoto customers must accept a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This agreement outlines your responsibilities and our obligations in handling customer data securely and transparently.

How to sign the DPA

1. When you first log in to your GotPhoto account, you will see a pop-up prompting you to accept the DPA:
   
2. To confirm your agreement, tick both checkboxes and click Submit.
3. You will receive a copy of the signed DPA via email for your records. You can also view the agreement at any time by visiting https://www.gotphoto.co.uk/dpa/.
