In this article, we'll explore the insights derived from analyzing key job performance metrics of top-performing and average GotPhoto photographers, arranged by job type, to refine your understanding and improve your own performance.

We’ve looked at key job performance metrics for our top-performing photographers, as well as the average across all GotPhoto photographers. We've arranged this data according to job type to help guide you in better understanding your own job performance.

Suggestions for Improvement

Now look at your own job statistics and compare them to the information above.

If you are seeing a low Login Rate, consider the following:

  • Are you using a communication profile?
  • Do you publish photos within 3–5 days of your photo shoot? Review your post-production steps.
  • Do you have enough touchpoints with customers? You may consider using contact sheets.
  • Are your notifications clear, clean and catchy and personalized?
  • Do you include a login link directly in your notification?
  • Are you using the Pre Registration feature to collect subject and parent data?
  • Are you utilizing both emails and text messages?
