Suggestions for Improvement

Now look at your own job statistics and compare them to the information above.

If you are seeing a low Login Rate, consider the following: Are you using a communication profile? Do you publish photos within 3–5 days of your photo shoot? Review your post-production steps. Do you have enough touchpoints with customers? You may consider using contact sheets. Are your notifications clear, clean and catchy and personalized? Do you include a login link directly in your notification? Are you using the Pre Registration feature to collect subject and parent data? Are you utilizing both emails and text messages?

If you are seeing a low Order Rate/Average Order Value/Revenue per Head, consider the following: Are your prices high enough? Too high? Are you using an AI-resistant watermark?  Can parents choose from multiple poses and a variety of products that matches their needs and prefer? Do you offer upselling options (downloads, retouching or additional graphics)?  Ensure not to offer group photos as downloads. Review your current package strategy. Are you using tiered coupons to drive sales? Do you require customers to purchase a package or reach an order minimum?
