Grant Account Access to GotPhoto

For privacy reasons, GotPhoto staff do not have access to your account by default. In some cases, you may want to grant access to our Customer Care team for troubleshooting purposes. To do this:

  1. Click on your name in the upper right corner, and select Access for Service Staff:


  2. On the following page, select the time frame for which to grant access:


  3. You can also revoke access at any time by clicking on Withdraw access:
