You can reach the Individual Order Page by selecting an order via the Orders Page, using the search bar in your dashboard.

On the left side of the page, you will find the following:
- Summary: Here you'll find basic information about the customer (e.g. contact information) and their order (e.g. payment status, invoice number).
- Status: View a full log of the order's status, from the shopping cart to delivery.
- Actions: Here you can download the customer's invoice, view their customer profile, and open a complaint (request) for them.
- More info: View the customer's order overview (i.e. what the customer sees) by copying the link and pasting it in your browser.
On the right side of the page, you'll find the customer's Billing Address and Delivery Address, as well as a link to the subject's profile:
Further down the page is a breakdown of the various payments and fees associated with the order, both from the customer's perspective and yours:
You can also initiate a refund using this section.
Finally, the bottom of the page is dedicated to information about any coupons used in the order:
