If there is a high volume of access codes and photos, then it's normal for the contact sheet generation to take some time. However, if you notice that it's taking considerable amount of time (1 hour), then there may be an issue. In the contact sheet page, under advanced settings, if the quality is High it may timeout. Medium or Normal quality should work fine. Should the issue persist then please contact our technical support team.
Should it take over an hour to generate contact sheets?
