Step 1: Ensure your username and password is correct

Go to Settings > Photo Upload > FTP ­Upload. Here is where you can find what your username and password is.

Step 2: Reconnect to the server

Try disconnecting from the server and then reconnecting.

For an optimal experience we recommend to use Filezilla: Download Windows | Download Mac.

Step 3: Change server

When you connect using the server, you are randomly assigned to one of our servers.

Sometimes the servers have problems, so you could try and connect with a specific server. For example,, where XX is a number between 4­16.

Step 4: Get in contact

If you have tried these steps and are still having problems with your upload, please get in contact with the support team. Please explain as accurately as possible the issues you are having, screenshots would be ideal, as this helps us to solve the problem as fast as possible.
