Upselling: Tiered Discounts

What is the "Tiered Discount" feature?

You can use the Tiered Discount feature to add multiple coupon levels to an order. Thus, an associated voucher value is unlocked according to the customer's total order amount. You are allowed a maximum of three tiered voucher levels.

Example:

Starting from £25, the customer gets a 5% discount.

From £50, a 10% discount is applied.

From £75, it changes to a 15% discount and free shipping.

How do I use the function?

After you have created a Photo Job, go to the "Important Events" tab under item 3 in the job's settings page.

Here, you can create the first discount level (or a simple coupon if you decide against the tiered discounts).

Discount level 1:

If you want to add a second discount level, click on the "+ Add another coupon" symbol next to the first discount.

Discount level 2:

If you want to add a third discount level, click again on the "+Add another coupon" symbol next to the first discount.

Discount level 3:

Our system allows a maximum of three voucher levels.

If you want to remove a discount level, you can do so simply by clicking on the "x" icon.

Free Shipping:

If you want to offer your customers free shipping on a specific voucher, it will automatically be activated for the lower levels. For example, if you offer free shipping on the second discount, it will automatically be activated for the third discount, as well.

You can also use the third discount level to offer the same discount as the previous level but this time with free shipping.

Keep in mind that by activating the free shipping option, you pay the shipping costs for your customers.
