This is not possible. Every order is limited to one coupon. If a coupon is active in the job and the customer has received another manually created coupon code, he has to decide. Either your customer can use the coupon from the job (automatically active) or he enters the manual coupon code he received and the benefits from that one.
Is it possible to use more than one coupon per order?
