How can I grant Access to Service Staff?

By default, Service Staff don't have access to your GotPhoto account. Should you have any issues, you must provide Service Staff with access to your account so that they can assist in finding quicker solutions. In order to do so, follow the steps below:

  • Login to your GotPhoto account
  • Click your name on the top right and then "Access for Service Staff"
  • Click "Grant access for 7 days, 30 days, or indefinitely"

Note: You can withdraw access at anytime.
