# What to do if thumbnails do not display correctly in GotPhoto

### **Overview**
Sometimes thumbnails of uploaded images may not display correctly in GotPhoto, the root cause may be a slower internet connection or very large galleries. This is usually a temporary issue that resolves itself after a short time.

### **Troubleshooting steps**
1. 1Wait a couple of minutes to allow the system to process the new thumbnails.
2. 2Reload the page in your browser. In most cases, the thumbnails will appear correctly after reloading.
3. 3If you're using a new custom watermark, switch the watermark to see if the issue persists.
