# Troubleshoot FTP upload issues in GotPhoto

### **Step 1: Check your username and password**
Incorrect login details are the most common cause of FTP connection issues. Follow these steps to confirm your credentials:
1. In the admin area, click on your **username** in the top bar.
2. Select **Users and permissions**.
3. Click the **Edit** button next to your username.
4. Your **username** and **password** will appear at the bottom of the window.

### **Step 2: Restart your connection**
Sometimes disconnecting and reconnecting to the server fixes upload issues. In FileZilla, click the two highlighted buttons to restart your connection:

### **Step 3: Gather all details and get help**
If checking your credentials and restarting your connection does not fix the problem, our Customer Care team is ready to support you. They will need:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Screenshots of any error messages
- The FTP client you are using (e.g., FileZilla)
