### **Overview**
To comply with GDPR regulations, all European GotPhoto customers must accept a Data Processing Agreement (DPA). This agreement outlines your responsibilities and our obligations in handling customer data securely and transparently.

### **How to sign the DPA**
Follow these steps to review and accept the agreement.
1. When you first log in to your GotPhoto account, you will see a pop-up prompting you to accept the DPA:
2. Tick both checkboxes and click **Submit** to confirm your agreement.
3. You will receive a copy of the signed DPA via email. You can also view the agreement anytime at the [GotPhoto DPA page](https://www.gotphoto.co.uk/dpa/).
